SUMMER TIME COOKING

Do you grill outside in the winter? We sure do! What a treat it is, food just tastes better cooked on an open flame! We grill quite a bit in the warmer months too, starting in spring and all the way into fall.



I made a great skewered supper about two weeks ago, it was awesome delish! I believe it is time to have another marinated meal this week. I found a marinade recipe that includes balsamic vinegar and virgin olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano. The recipe I followed is by Danelle at Let's Dish. 

Just Googling it brought up so many recipes but this site struck me as one with a lot of good suggestions on using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars :: OLIVE OIL STORE

I opted out of the potatoes because I just wanted veggies, mushrooms and steak. Take a look at her recipe website, it is awesome! I follow Danelle at Instagram too!

Grilling is fun when you experiment with different recipes and different foods! I want to try them all, chicken, fish, shrimp, steak and all the veggies that I love grilled, like squash, mushrooms, peppers of all colors, potatoes too!
