OH JOY! DESIGNING FOR FALL, IT'S FINALLY HERE AND I'M READY FOR IT!

STARTING with Halloween, of course, my most favorite spooky time of the year, then Thanksgiving and then the BIG one, CHRISTMAS! I'm looking forward to creating some bold and exciting designs, gotta compete with Ai art, I guess. Blech!

I heard a man talking at the dollar store yesterday and he was talking to another man about how they have Halloween product to put out ALREADY! I laughed to myself. We artists usually design six months or more in advance for every holiday and event! IF we aren't procrastinators, like me!

So, trying to come up with something new and unique for my shops. I've got my Spoonflower Halloween fabrics created already. I may make some more repeating designs. For sure I'll be making some stickers, never enough STICKERS!!

HOLIDAY SEASON

HOLIDAY SEASON IS HERE!

Soooo, are you ready for ALL of the holidays?

I'm sure you have your Halloween decorations out. As soon as that is over, you'll put up your Thanksgiving or Christmas decor, right? Or you do you have it all up already?

I would like to decorate for Thanksgiving and Christmas at the same time so I don't have to take anything down until after the new year arrives. That is when I take down my tree. I keep thinking that I'd like a tree that stays up all year long!

Seriously, Thanksgiving is my favorite time to decorate for. I love all the harvested pumpkins, dried flowers and wildflowers. I could have this out all year long!

It's only October and I'm thinking about the new year, wow! Already???? Woa, I'm gonna back up! I don't even have any Halloween decorations out!

No! I don't think I'd wallpaper anything with these crazy cats for Halloween, even if it is 'peel and stick' paper! Find this fun pattern and more for Halloween at my Spoonflower shop!

We have so much to be THANKFUL for! In this crazy world, we still have many reasons to send thank you cards. Here are some of mine that you can find at my GREETING CARD UNIVERSE store. THANKFUL SEASON

THANKFUL, GRATEFUL, BLESSED

On November 1st, I imagine people throwing all their Halloween decorations in a box, shoving it in the back of the closet and BOOM! decorating the house with all the warmth and cozy they can find!

Now is the season for THANKSGIVING and GIVING!

Now, let us decorate with warm colors, plaids, fuzzy rugs, blankets and pillows, bows and swags of pine branches and berries.

Signs, oh the signs!!! Put up the wooden signs!! 'BOO' and 'Welcome Fall' has given way to 'Bless This Home', 'Bless Our Family', 'Grateful, Thankful, Blessed', 'For This We Are Truly Grateful' and so on.
